Paint for BOL Changer ???
#1

Any source for the Brown Paint on the BOL Changer and Microphone?

Thanks

I don't know...maybe you could ask Gib at West-Tech Services? I'd bet he would know the proper color. He redid a 1941 BOL changer for me...it looks fantastic! Even reflocked the turntable. I installed it in my 41-616, even though it is not the correct changer for it, because my 41-616 didn't have its original changer anyway when I acquired it.

Thanks Ron. I guess the hard way is the best for me .
or I can link to my site. Can't do as your first suggestion. Earthlink I guess.

I see Gib has a Restored 41-608 up on his FOR Sale site.

Starting on mine next week.

Got reply from Gib

He suggested going to local Hardware for Hammered finish Paint.

Found a suitable, but not perfect match at Wal-Mart

RUST-OLEUM Hammered Brown #210880 Less than $5

Now to do it Icon_crazy
