Philco 45 schematic question
#1

My 45L label says models 29 and 45. The schematics seem to be identical, but I'm sure there are probably some differences.

The question I have is the connection in the red circle below the 70K resistor. The 29 schematic shows this as connected. Is it?

Hi,
Would have to be connected to get b+ to the tube.

I agree, the first audio plate and filter cap 63 get B+ from that connection. Another Riders gotcha.

Some info from beitmans the big difference is the power transformer one rated 120 volts 25Hz the other 120 volts 60Hz. Back when these set were built parts of the USA had power at difference Hz. The lower the Hz the bigger the power transformer.
