I think you'll have to dig deep to find that information...
If you are asking for a purely tube radio, I suspect sometime around 1960-61 would be a good place to search. But many manufacturers used tubes up into the late 60's on their higher end radio/stereo offerings, usually in a hybrid combination of tubes and transistors.

Looking at Beitmans for 1967-69 no tube sets for 1966 yes. On page 96 list these models P720, 721, 722, 723, 724, 880, 881, 882, 883, 884, 885. All AA5 sets. On Page 97 Models P710, 933, 941 all AM/FM.

I have a Philco clock radio from approximately 1967-68, according to the date codes on the parts, they carried on a bit longer because most transistor sets required a power transformer, other then the hot chassis radios RCA put out.
