41-285 output transformer low ohms ??

my readings are 148.4 ohms and 171.6 ohms and a black to white 320 ohms the manual says 170 and 190
are my readings to low to work i have a load hum,when i inject a signal at the antenna it's loud and clear with hum

Seems like your transformer is OK. The tipical problem is they go open. I think your only problem is hummmmm. If you remove the 7C6 tube does it still hum?
