restoration of philco 38-12 chassis

i would like to have a philco 38-12 chassis restored. first, i have no idear who does this sort of thing. second, would restoration be cost prohibitive?
if you might help it would be appreciated.

The 38-12 is not a particularly complicated set; you could probably fix it yourself if you have any electronic experience...you'll find lots of help here...

This is one of the easiest of the Philcos to restore. Almost any radio collector who does their own work shouldn't be challenged by it. Ought to be someone local who could restore it. No rubber insulated wire and simple layout. Shipping it risks damage no matter how well packed. $100 would seem a reasonable cost.
