Hi To all,
After braving a typical spring day in Wisconsin. I.E. rain, 50 degrees and 35 mph winds! I found this Model 39 cathedral at a flea market. I'm not much into battery sets, but this one was exceptional! Rust free chassis with original battery tag still attached! Even has two Burgess 'C' batteries connected to the cable. Upon closer inspection, apart from tubes, I don't think it has ever been serviced. Probably paid more than I should have, but for some reason, I couldn't pass it up.

Nice! That is essentially a DC powered model 66. You have a fairly broad shortwave band on that set. Definitely a keeper!!
