Had a good day on the hunt today. Two Philco model 86’s a Philco radio record player a Stromberg Carlson and a Emerson table top and an Atwater Kent model 55 chassis all six pieces for only 50 bucks!!

I think that the Stromberg Carlson bakelite has an extra RF amplifier (untuned), I have one of it's cousins downstairs in a different cabinet, and it performed very well when I was using it. Mike has a model 86 I think, and they are decent performers, not as good as a model 95 but decent for a 1928-29 era AC set. Ericsson, I think you mean that brown Emerson, an Ericsson would be a Swedish radio, also famous for making telephones.
