Hello everyone just started a new project 42-390. I replaced the 2 capacitors (89) and (49) my voltage coming off 6x5 tube is 290volts but over on the (49) capacitor it’s only 40 Volts. Any ideas thanks

You need to tell us more.
Everytrhing you've done up to this point, what's connected, what's not, etc.

Have you done full recap, have you checked the tubes, the wiring, have you checked for shorts, are the tubes populated,speaker plugged, etc etc.

What you have told us so far is simply not enough.
