I think mseno is talking about cap# 27 which is a multisection but in a paper tube. In cases like that I've usually be able to gut the tube and stuff it with the appropriate electrolytics. Sometimes the tube is just to small to fit the caps but you don't know until you try it. the first radio I restored was a 42-322 and it had 3 section tubular electrolytic in it.
