41-221C rear cover labels
#1

Does anyone have clear photo of the 41-221C rear cover labels. I would like to reproduce them. I bought a piece of 1/8" artist hardboard (see photo) that will make a perfect rear cover. It will be easy to reproduce the vent holes. The lables in the photo from the radio museum are not clear.

Here's what I have. As in your photo, they are a medium yellow label. Let me know if you need higher resolution.

Thank you. Those will work. I can reproduce the font and the colors.

Hello Ron,
I hope you share your after photos. I haven’t heard of or seen that museum hardboard before. I’ve been using Masonite.

This thread https://philcoradio.com/phorum/showthread.php?tid=14247 has a thumbnail and link to full-size, full color graphics, although oddly the word "Radio" is missing from the service tag. . .

Well I almost had it OK The piece slipped on the router table top left hole. Not professional but good enough for me. I made the slots a little bigger because if you followed my restoration I replaced the field coil with a regulator and figured it would help out keeping the heatsink at a nice temperature.
Thanks for the link to the lables.

Then I won't point out the mistakes. My hands aren't as steady as they used to be Lol!

Hello Ron,
That back looks great, and the way I see it, it’s a whole lot nicer than what was there before. As for that little mistake, it’s on the back, and no one but you will even notice. When these radios were made in the factory, you could probably find some issue with every single one. I really love my router table—I built it from plans from the "New Yankee Workshop."

Sincerely Richard
