Never say never
#1

Been looking for a PP 45 Philco 90 chassis for awhile now. Couple of weeks ago saw an ad in Craigslist for two very rough consoles, 20.00 each. One looked like it might be a 90, so what the heck, I went to check it out.
Yep.... a model 90 with the PP 45s and a speaker to boot. Has all of it's tubes, including one blue arcturus globe 27. Also has both copper mershons. Twenty dollars well spent.

Thanks, guys. Also found a Philco 111 in SC on the same trip, but bad news is that it was the week after I was released from hospital for Pneumonia, and my rash of activity caused a (unprintable) relapse!

Photos will follow soon, right now am trying to anticipate my visiting nurse' routine so that she doesn't suprise me doing somthing I'm not supposed to be doing. Icon_wink
