HELP HELP !!! Model 39-31XK // 40-180XF
#1

I have had a Philco radio of my Uncle's since the 1980's. It has been in storage and just came across this website and am asking for your collective expertise.

I believe that the model I have is listed above. The cabinet is in fine shape. The push buttons are missing. Some tubes still light up but I'm sure all will need to be replaced.

My question is this. Is there any value to this radio? How can I get it appraised?

Could someone out there in this forum please help?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have pictures of it in my computer but unfortunately I'm not savvy enough to know how to post them. I could send them to your email if so requested.

Thank you in advanced for any help supplied.

You list two different models above.

Your 1939 Model 39-31 console is about $75-175, GREATLY depending on cosmetic and electrical condition and completeness.

Your 1940 Model 40-180 console is the same range with same stipulations.
