Hi, Hi, Miss Canadian Pye!
#1

Here is something that I should be getting in a few weeks, looks interesting, and the price was reasonable. It's a Canadian model Pye radio made in Ajax, Ontario. Don't worry though, unlike the Limey made Pye radios these don't use weird tubes.

So I bought this Canadian Pye off the Bay.
I thought 5 bands with an 8" speaker was pretty good.

So what happened to your Pye radio? I see it got relisted and then no bids??

I'm working on a private sale with the seller, the biggest issue is how to get it to me, it's big, heavy, and not worth a lot, so spending another $28 on shipping was not really justified, especially if the radio got damaged on the way here. He listed it for sale again but the shipping exceeding the value is why nobody else wanted it, so no bids. I was going to get my brother in law to pick up as he was visiting the seller's area for New Years after leaving my place, but he left here with a full load after Christmas so no go there.
Regards
Arran
