I have a chance to buy an A.T. mod 75. In good condition. But I"am sure it will need some cap. replacement. Does anyone know if these sets have the rubber wires that I hear get very brittle and hard to work with? Thanks PS. They want 75.00 for this set. Seems like a good price. It is a console.

Is that the lowboy floor type? Seems nice.
Also AK were known for their quality. Don't know about rubber-coated wires, but I'd get it anyway for 75 bucks. Price matches the model.

I'd say if it is in good shape, $75 is a steal for a nice AK set. Go for it!

I just got back with the AK. Cabinette in real good shape. Will require some work on chassis. I will try to post pic of it soon.

If I looked up the right model, it is a radio-phono set. Either way, I think you made a good choice!

The finish looks a little tired and bleached out compared to the highboy console sitting next to it, but at least it is all there and hasn't sat in a damp basement.
