Philco 76 capacitor value

I have a Philco 76.....one of the capacitors has a part number of 3082. Does any one know its value? Thanks, Phil

Recently purchased a Philco 76. I've been able to identify all the caps except for:
C9 3892-A
C13 3584-B
C21 3897-A
How do I get the values for these caps?
