Why put the extra work in so fleabay can make a buck? Private sale or trade, then you can get another Philco or whatever, assuming you don't want to keep it after fixing it up?

I enjoy Ebay. I know it gets a bad rap, but to me, it's like having a 24/7 swap meet in your living room. My biggest problem is that I tend to buy as much as I sell. I also enjoy seeing the mailman earn his money.... Icon_lol

That Crosley is kinda neat as is the Philco tombstone. What model is the Philco tombstone? Anyways, good scores! Icon_biggrin

The Philco is a 38-60. I like it, but I think it's photofinish on the front. It's in decent shape though. The Crosley is a 547 Quiktune Fiver. The dial works like a telephone dial.

The 38-60 is not particularly rare, but finding one with the photo-finish in that condition is tough. Definitely a keeper!!! Icon_thumbup
