I just bought this Serenader
#1

Like many of you i can't stop buying these radios. I have 14 consoles in the basement and four in the garage. and I still look on kijiji every day for a good deal.
I have to sell some in order to make room for morel.

Here is my latest find .It is a Serenader made by Dominion Electrohome. I had to get someone else to find the schematics for me because they are listed under Phonola.

Good looking console.

I had a battery set, also a Serenader, where the cabinet looked identical to the one you just picked up. I sort of wish I would have kept it but I had less interest in battery sets back then. The one you have was obviously stripped since it is devoid of any shading whatsoever, mine still had the original finish.
Regards
Arran
