that has 3 caps to ground I'm guessing 2 of one value and one of another based on the wire colors.
Anybody know the values or the Philco P/N of the beast? I want to try to get caps on order Monday so I'll have them by the end of next week

Looking at the schematic on Ron's pages
http://www.philcoradio.com/tech/images/43.jpg it looks like the 3 electrolytics are 6uF. Chuck Schwark would have all the details which you can order here:

John,
Are refering to item 44 on this schematic?
http://www.nostalgiaair.org/Resources/579/M0013579.htm
If so, it's p/n 05239 which contains 1 - .25 and 2 - .5 caps.
And note the test voltages listed on Chuck's site:

LO that will work... was after the can paper block .5/.5./.25
I rebuilt the Marchons Kinda butchered one of them
and the .01 blocks and 2 of the .05's (ran out of .047 caps) and it plays some, when it's not going microphonic or acting like it has decoupling problems.

Looking at the values on Ron's print it must be P/N 05239
Those voltages look impressive, but I think the tubes would jump out of the sockets long before the caps would fail due to overvoltage. One section is decoupling for the oscillator, one is the mixer and IF's and the other is the screen on the 42
