Philco Shadow Meter Screen
#1

I would like to replace the green screen in the shadow meter of a Philco 91. What material could be used as a replacement for this green screen?

Thanks,

Charlie

I think anything matte diffusing from any plastic families that lends itself to cutting.
In fact the FR4 laminate for PCBs with green soldermask if thin enough (usuallty a standard board of 2-4 layers is 62 mils thick) will do. Unless you need to bend it. Just make sure enough light comes through. Any used old PCB like a junk controller from old PCs will do.
