Please help id this 48(?) AM/FM radio/phonograph

It looks just like a 48-1262 but has FM. Radio works, phono needs help. Once I have the model number I can start looking for repair resources. If you are slightly colorblind, the yellow letters say 10643D. Don't seem to be able to put photos in the post, so here are links:

Try looking up a 47-1227. Yours has the crystal pickup version of the D-10 changer. There is a 47-1230 which looks similar but uses Philco's dynamic reproducer on the D-10 changer. There is a tube difference between the two models for the first audio stage. The rest is similar.
