Philco 46-420 schematic
#1

I'm trying to find the schematic for a 46-420 radio in the Beitman's 1966 index book and am having no luck. I have the Rider schematic, but I'd like to see the Beitman as well. Can anyone direct me to it?
thank you

I don't see it in Beitman either but Tom Bavis has the Philco Service Bulletin on it at on his site. If you have trouble with the djvu reader let me know and I can help there too.

Thank you Bob. I tried the service bulletin but it won't open for me.

Wow. I didn't know all that was available. I have this really great old 46-420 which looks almost new, but it plays very weakly. I've been studying radio repair for close to 2 months and I feel like I'm about ready to start working on them a little.
thank you

Hello, I have a guestion about a resistor in the tube filament string on the 46-420. I believe it's r11. It says on the schematic that it is a 45 ohm resistor. Does anyone know what wattage the resistor should be. Im replacing the one on my radio because it's reading 70 ohms and it looks like it's rusted and corroded.
