What is your Pride & Joy radio? Owned or wanted...
#46

From the lanyard ring I assume it is a military weapon. What caliber is it?
#47

It has 6 stations but no volume control, lol
I don't remember the caliber but it is one that I had to have made
The old saying is: Great condition, only dropped once.

Times I have been electrocuted in 2021
As of 1/01/2021
AC: 4 DC: 1
Last year: 6

My Pride and Joy is my Zenith 16A61 Stratosphere, Now if I could only find The original Cloth I would be a Happy Camper !!!

Mine is my Grandparents radio (fully restored) that Grampa listened to WGN baseball and Grama listened to
Wally Philips in the mornings. Was able to relive some of my memories listening to it with
them, as well when I was in grade school.

I don't really have a favorite. I mostly try to find the little bakelite tabletop ones from the 40's and the wooden tabletop ones from the 30's. I admire the big 30's consoles from afar, but they're not for me. I have one and that's enough.
