RCA A33 done and sold
#1

I picked this one up during the winter and finally had a chance to get it done. It's an RCA model A-33 and the second one I have done.
I did sell it before I started on the cabinet.
I recapped the radio and everything works very well.
I thought the cabinet turned out very good... sometimes when you do a cabinet it just does not pop,,, but this one did and I know the customer will be happy.
Enjoy the photos

Sold is good, keep is better, Icon_lol

I just sold Mike my 16. Made him pay out the nose too. Icon_mrgreen

Got rid of another console too so now I have room for the tubes in the garage.

Very nice job Icon_thumbup

WOW
I would have a hard time letting that one go very nice

I would certainly keep that one. It certainly has one of those "I ain't plain Jane" looks.

I would of some how made room for that to stay in my collection! The wood on that radio is beautful. Nice job on the console, someone is going to love it for a long time to come.

That is a beautiful set and the veneer is spectacular. The new owner should be very pleased.

Dan,

That is a beautiful restoration job! I really like it. What year is that RCA, early forties?
