Can someone identify this Philco?
#1

I spotted this Philco radio on Ebay recently and although I have looked through the different years of Philco radios in the 1930s, I have not spotted one that has the type escutcheon panel around the dial that this one seems to have.

Can someone identify the year and model for me?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Joe,
It's missing part bezel (the dark brown ring) and the glass. Used in 1937-38.

January 1937 model 37-38F, 37-60F, 37-61F or 37-89F.

OK, thanks. It just looked strange and I could not tell by looking at the ones on the reference photographs. The Ebay picture was rather poorly focused with little detail.
