41-610 121 light string gudie for the bands
#16

mine had a spring and thank you again
#17

You are correct Ron, There is a spring.

The dial cord on the light is also heavier than the regular tuning pointer.

I finally found a metalized cord that holds to the light OK.  It just fits under the tab in the light.  The light slides on regular dial cord.  I still have the original broken cord in the picture and can mike it if you need the diameter.

If you need a bit of what I used PM me with the length you need, I can measure the broken cord that came off my 41-280 or say a foot and your snail mail.  You can donate what ever you think it's worth & the postage to the forum when you get it.
