My dialer on the mystery control is slightly warped - did anyone ever try to straighten one? Maybe by heating to a certain temp. and then pressing it between clamps and cooling it ? Any other ideas?

I doubt you can--it's made of tenite, and that stuff shrinks and warps by nature.
