First thing I'd do is ring out the coils used in the BCB circuit. If they ring out OK, then I'd try replacing the small value mica caps used in that part of the circuit one by one. Of course, it could be something as simple as a cold solder joint in one of those circuits too. That is where I would begin looking. Hope this helps.
