The voltages on the 42 tubes are as follows:

1st 42
Pin 2: 262V
Pin 3: 275V
Pin 4: -16.9V
Pin 5: 0V

2nd 42
Pin 2: 267V
Pin 3: 273V
Pin 4: -16.7V
Pin 5: 0V
