You can try a couple of approaches for those knobs.  
1) Check with the folks that are in the knob business.  I've used most of the people on the lists found on this page in the Resources section.
You may need to send a picture of the knobs you are looking for.  Some photos can be found on the Gallery pages.

2) Post in the Wanted Ads section and you may find someone has a set or some spare knobs.
