That model is a 1962 set, the Model number "K" identifys it. Starting in 1954, Philco dropped the model year designation they adopted in 1937, like 37-, 38-, etc. thru 1953. Then Philco then started using the alphabet, starting with the letter B in 1954. C=1955, etc... The letter "I" was not used. This continued up until around 1966 ("P") when Ford merged with Philco about that time. Info from Ron Ramirez' website:
