Ok, Got chassis out of cabinet.. Opened up the unknown item.. Looks like resistors.. With 3 terminals..

It has a Philco part number But I cannot read it.. One of the wires attaches to Pin 8 of the 35L6 tube..
Hard to see where other go. Here is bottom of Chassis.. Looks like a big mess..

So not sure if I will proceed with it.. Doesn't seen to follow the schematic I got from Chuck.. Maybe I will just sell it for a parts unit??
