So...have been continuing the recap. An earlier repair did some more creative rewiring on block Cap #12 seen here:

You can see lug #1 on the cap (closest to the nut) has been removed. The paper tubular cap seen in the picture is a replacement for the original block cap and would have been internal to the block between lugs 1 & 3. I did some creative repair of my own to put a new lug #1 in place and rewired the block cap to use lugs #2 & 3 for the internal cap and lug 1 for the tie point.

In any event...it all went back together with new resistors as well. I just can not make those dogbones with the metal ends reproduce right so I just made the wire wrap style dogbones.
