Philco 50 (early version)
#25

A little more work on the 50.  The tube shield got de-rusted and the lable on it was remade.  The original was badly stained and at some point I manage to tear it.  I was able to get it back together for a scan and then some clean up.  Its not of the quality that Nathan is able to do but I'll post it in the download section in case someone needs it and and can't find a better one.

With the rest of the chassis there was some cleanup, the tuner cap was reinstalled, the two electrolyics are reinstalled, new leads on the coils to the caps of the 24As, and new speaker wires.  I had taken the tuner knob mechanism off thinking I needed to do that to get the dial off without drilling out the rivets but I wound up doing the drill out anyway (so I could dunk the tuner in Metal Rescue solution).  It took a few tries to figure out the best way to get that mechanism back together.
