This is how my Model is wired. On the first picture you can see the arrow pointing to Bakelite block #5
and the other arrow pointing to #7 capacitor can.
The photo clearly shows block #5 (twin 09's) going to the antenna coil (#2 on parts layout)
and the other going to the junction of #41 and #42 (99,000K and 1 Mg resistors)
So, either the schematic is wrong or mis-numbered, or my radio was re-wired. Can anyone who has this model check theirs?
The 5 wires coming out of the can are marked by scotch tape,, The two .09's from the can show the wires going
to pins 3 and 4 of the RF Tube socket (bottom right)...also different from the schematic numbering.
Now, does this really matter?... probably not.... but if people are locating their parts off the parts layout sheet,
it can get confusing......Buzz
