Yikes, Kirk! Yes, beam of light. What was smoking?

Have not made any progress with it this week.

Looking to order capacitors/condensers but there are so many types available for each uF listed. Can someone point me to a website and recommend capacitor part numbers for these? My dad said for me to order and he would help me replace. I’d be eternally grateful for help with these so I can continue the progress.
