So I found a problem, don't know if it is causing the issue of the treble causing the volume to drop, but it think it could be.  The rear #67 pot has a 0.1 cap on the center terminal, which I had replaced.  Well it measures 0.65.  It's the bottom of the two identical orange drop caps.  The top one measures 0.097.  Maybe????
