problem with the sugestioins so far is that it assumes i have had the trouble 24hrs a day every day of the year which is not true.

it all was really bad during the march time frame and i am noticing it is slowly going away.

It may have more to do with the antenna i have,,, and what we call in telecom,, "sun outtages".
