Well, after 2,200+ hours of nearly flawless performance since December, the ORIGINAL dial lamp bulb that came with the set and was melted inextricably into the socket (before I rebuilt it) has FAILED!!! (The one that I broke the socket bracket on, and haven't changed out yet with the "new" one Ron sent me). Other than that, It still performs flawlessly, wooing and caressing all that das't dare listen! It is by all rights an appliance that is deserving listening attention! What an incredible performer, for being an 80 year old "Grandma". She can certainly belt out Eddy Cantor or ELO equally, without prejudice.  Icon_e_surprised  What a failure. I'll take that any day of the week!   Icon_biggrin
