6287-R Block condensor

Another question on this are the internal connections.  What lugs are these two 0.15 caps connected to?  This block is only specified as a single .25, but there are three lugs and all of them are used as a connection point for something.  There is no reference on the schematic of using a single cap inside this block.  Is the middle lug a dummy?  I do not see a wire coming up through the rivet on the middle lug, so maybe it is.

Are there any pre 1936 catalogs out there that have these discontinued blocks so I won't have to keep asking about their specs?
