No, not quite. As I said in my previous post, your cabinet has a longer hole for the dial and pushbuttons because the 42-395 had a longer dial scale and 10 pushbuttons instead of 9. You can try it, but it may not work.

Since the 42-395 does not have a bin for a record changer, it looks like you will have to install a small touch screen where the radio's dial face once was.

If the escutcheon will cover the hole in your 42-395 cabinet, I hope you will offer the leftover parts in our Philco For Sale Or Trade section, and not just throw them out. Someone here could use whatever is left over... Icon_smile
