That is not an original Philco factory cabinet. And, yes, it looks like it once had legs which have been cut off.

It looks like either a 70 or 71 chassis. If it's cheap enough, buy it and have Steve Davis make a nice new reproduction cathedral cabinet for it. Icon_smile
