I hope you use more than one heatshrink layer in the transformer wires, considering they go through that metal hole with some signs of corrosion which makes them a bit abrasive.
I wonder if you could've used some small grommet to protect the hole edges.
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
