As Gary said replace the capacitors. It's probably new enough that it most are going to be ceramic. On the other hand the eletrolytic caps should be replaced if they haven't been in the last 20yrs or so. The picture of the screen tells me that there maybe an issue with the power supply as the raster isn't filling the screen. Definitely would measure the hv at the p/s and the boost line to see if it is within reason.
