I have the same issue.
C34 (Sam's) or C307 (philco service manual) is stuck under the bandswitch so deep I didn't even find a way to clip it yet.
I spent about 2hrs this week trying to find a way out and just left it there.
It's the last leaky cap in the radio, I just need to find how to take it off the circuit...
I think I need to buy thinner wire cutters.
