Next time you deal with these tone ctl thingies from Philco, unless you love melting the tar Icon_smile - you simply unbend the rear wide wall of the box, simply pull out the whole thing (the tar in the fishpaper), bend the wall back, put the news fishpaper insert, and then arrange and pot the caps after you wire them to the contacts.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
