Thanks Terry but I’m not sure if we’re looking at the same schematic. I’m using the one listed as Service Bulletin No. 220 because I was told it contained the Canadian schematic for my radio, Model 3650. I tried to copy and paste the schematic itself but it didn’t work.
On my 1st photo #78 is the top left electrolytic and it is a 8 mfd single unit. It was the one just below it that is #77 which is the dual unit. I think the + connection of the 10 mfd portion of that dual unit goes to that ground lug where the green arrow points. I was hoping to get a confirmation from someone like yourself with much more experience then I have.
