Electrolytic Cap in 42-360

Hi Ira.
If only the one wire has deteriorated then I would just deal with it and call it a day. The others will expire eventually but if they've made it this far there is no urgent need to replace them. Do go thru and separate any that may be crossing or touching the chassis. Sometimes they tend to stick together during the deterioration process and that's often where the shorts occur.
