It appears that Philco did not publish service info for Model 91 other than Codes 121/221 and Codes 126/226.
Code 121/221 is covered in Bulletin 129.

As no Bulletin 129-A has been found by any of us here, this information is not known at present.
Nevertheless, the above Bulletins should be sufficient to service the set. I expect your 91 Code 125 would be very similar to the 91 Code 126 data in Bulletin 129-B.
