Hello morzh!

The link you provided is how I originally found this website and I bookmarked it! I was very sad to hear about Ron's passing.

Concerning the insulators, yes, I'm completely aware that they need to be between each transistor and the heatsink, but there were actually two insulators under one of them! As I previously posted, I believe this was just a mistake by the assembler. Being so thin, it was probably easy to pick up two at the same time and not even notice it!
