Welcome to the Phorum. bgpianoman! We here are mostly members who restore sets to former glory. In most cases, you will not get rich restoring 'vintage' radios. While knowing it is done, retrofits to newer equipment are an option that should not be done unless major issues exist in the unit making it necessary.
